岡山県の工房で、ベテランの職人さんによって、力織機で織られた生地を使っています。この機械自体、現存する数が少なく古いものである為、人の手による微調整があって現代も稼働することが出来ています。機械でありながら、手織りに最も近い感覚の織機です。ですので生産量も現代の一般の機械の1/30。また職人さんが高齢で体調のこともあり、生産量が限られた貴重な生地です。

アーティストの曽田朋子さんに、独自の技法「ミミヤマミシン」で作っていただいています。糸をかがったものを作り（ミミ）、それを螺旋状にジグザクに縫っていきます（ヤマ）。サイズはS・Mの2種類。カラーは8色。ぺちゃんこに畳んで持ち歩け、整えて被ることができます。凹ましたり、折ったり、気分や髪型によって好きにかぶってみてください。ざぶざぶと手洗いできるのも魅力です。万が一ほつれなどあってもお直しが可能。一生寄り添っていける芸術作品です。

なかなか頭では理解できないかもしれませんが、全部「糸」でできています。糸をかがって端をつくり、その端をジグザクミシンで縫い固めて形を作ります。織りとも編みとも異なる独自の技法「ミミヤマミシン」でアーティストの曽田朋子さんに作っていただいています。輪を繋げながら、立ち上げ、立体作品にしていきます。中のバッグは国産のシルクを使用。どちらもざぶざぶと手洗いをしていただけます。万が一ほつれなどあってもお直しが可能。一生寄り添っていける芸術作品です。
